I stayed for two nights in a room that had a comfortable bed and good lighting. The staff at the front desk were nice. I appreciated the proximity to many restaurants.
The vending machines were out of order. The coffee was not good. The breakfast selection was not appealing.

Absolute gems! The location's a stone's throw from tasty spots like McDonald's and Dooley's Bagels & Deli, perfect for fueling up before exploring. Loved that comfy bed, too!
Now, let’s be real—there was smoke constantly wafting through the halls that gave me a headache, and the internet was about as reliable as a one-legged stool. Still, we made it work!

great value but needs better housekeeping
The room was immaculate and inviting upon arrival. The staff greeted us warmly and were very professional throughout our stay. Also, the hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city.
However, there were a few housekeeping oversights that could be improved upon.

definitely want to stay in that area again
Room was pretty nice with two double beds. Everything was clean for the most part. Breakfast included waffles, but the machine was wobbly and didn’t always work. The fridge and microwave in the room were convenient. Staff were nice, but it took a long time to reach them after we left something behind.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved how soft the towels were! I enjoyed the relaxing pool and TV lounge area while I stayed here. The only downside was that housekeeping could have paid a bit more attention to detail, but that didn't ruin my great experience. 👍

This was just a prime choice for a weekend pause in Louisville with real value for money. The day clerk was very helpful and resolved issues we had with our room quickly. Make sure to check your bathroom for any potential maintenance issues.

missingWrote a review on 21 Juloutdated property
The property clearly shows its age and needs some serious updating. the tile floors in my room had strange spots that felt like they were part of the floor. Beds and pillows felt smaller than I'd expect, and towels weren't quite the plush comfort I usually prefer. Breakfast options leaned heavily on the grab-and-go side. A lingering odor in some areas didn't help the overall vibe. The ice machines were both out of order, leaving me high and dry for ice when it was hot outside.

missingWrote a review on 20 Julcomfortable roomsdecent breakfastgreat locationcold showers
Had an awesome trip with friends! We visited a nearby theme park and the local downtown area. The rooms were comfy, and satellite programming kept us entertained. Good breakfast options for a quick start! For future guests, the location is a plus, but heed notes on room availability.
We faced an issue with the cold water during showers. it took ages to get warm water. Not ideal, especially after a long day out.

The queen room was comfortable, clean, and had excellent lighting. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring our stay was pleasant, and we had more than enough towels every day. The heating and cooling unit was easy to adjust, giving us complete control. However, one of the two room keys didn't work, and the microwave clock wasn't set, which detracted from the overall experience.
